Updating and renewing the application to continue practicing the activities and services of rehabilitation and care centers for people with disabilities “People of Determination” legally and regularly.

Application for Licensing of Private Family Consulting Centers

Granting individuals and centers a license to engage in programs, activities and services to improve the quality of family life and ensure its stability and cohesion. These services include: - Family counseling - Psychological and educational counseling. - Therapeutic and training workshops and plans - Guidance and counseling - Matchmaking between those wishing to marry

Application for Publishing Advertisements of Family Counseling Centers

Granting approval to publish promotional advertisements for the services and programs offered by private family counseling centers; to ensure their compatibility with their goals, services, and programs.

License Renewal Application of Family Consulting Center

Updating and renewing the application to continue practicing and services of the Family Counseling Center legally and regularly.

Request to issue a certificate to whom it may concern

A To Whom It May Concern Certificate is issued to people and agencies, to find out whether the people who are inquired about them receive social assistance from the MOCD or not. You must create a personal profile to benefit from this service.

Registration in People with Disabilities “People of Determination” Care & Rehabilitation Centers

This service is to register a child aged 5-12 years old in a People of Determination Care and Rehabilitation Centers or a child under the age of 5 in an Early Intervention Center to enable the necessary training and rehabilitation to support integration into society.

Applying for Inflation Allowance

Inflation Allowances: are temporary, flexible, and variable government subsidies disbursed monthly to citizens to assist them and enhance their quality of life. This support is provided in response to the global rise in prices and inflation, aligning with the evolving economic and social conditions in the country. It addresses living expenses and ensures the optimal utilization of the provided support value

Application for Participating in Mass Wedding

The Mass Wedding Participation service facilitates collective weddings to reduce the costs of individual weddings. The assistance is designed for UAE citizens and supports establishing stable and robust Emirati families through collective celebrations.

Marriage Grant Application

The Marriage Grant service provides financial assistance to Emirati men who are getting married, aimed at facilitating the creation of a stable and robust Emirati family. This assistance is subject to specific conditions and guidelines designed to promote marriage to Emirati women.

A People of Determination Card is a personal card issued by the MOCE providing official recognition to individuals with determination. This service replaces lost or damaged PoD cards to ensure continuous support for individuals with determination.

The card empowers people with determination to participate in education, employment, healthcare, and other social activities on equal terms, promoting their active participation in society and fostering a more inclusive and compassionate society.

Social Welfare Application

The Social Welfare Program is a government support program aimed at enhancing the quality of life for low income UAE citizens and their families. The program provides new allowances to support eligible beneficiaries. These allowances are disbursed according to eligibility rules that are determined based on social status.

Request to issue a 971 from the community membership card

Submit an application for registration in the UAE community projects at (971 from the community) to enable them participate in various events and activities organized by the Ministry

The Ministry of Community Empowerment provides public benefit organizations with the opportunity to apply for official recognition. This aims to grant them an independent legal personality, enabling them to carry out their operations and provide their services within the framework of their objectives defined in their bylaws, in accordance with the terms and conditions stipulated by the law.
