Rashid bin Humaid Al Nuaimi Council hosts "Identity and National Cohesion" session 

Under the patronage and attendance of Sheikh Rashid bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, Chairman of the Municipality and Planning Department in Ajman, Sheikh Rashid bin Humaid Al Nuaimi Council hosted a discussion session titled "Identity and National Cohesion... Promising Generations and Sustainable Giving.", as part of the "Community Dialogue" initiative organized by the Youth Council of the Ministry of Community Empowerment.. 

The session was attended by Sheikh Humaid bin Rashid bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, H.E. Shamma bint Suhail Al Mazrouei, Minister of Community Empowerment, H.E. Sarah Al Amiri, Minister of Education, and H.E. Dr. Sultan bin Saif Al Neyadi, Minister of State for Youth Affairs. The event also featured the participation of representatives from several federal and local entities, National Identity Ambassadors, volunteers, as well as school and university students, also participated .
Sheikh Humaid bin Rashid bin Humaid Al Nuaimi opened the session with a speech emphasizing the wise leadership's commitment to empowering Emirati youth. He stated: 
"I am filled with pride and honor to be a young Emirati living on this blessed land which has given us so much of its goodness and generosity. We are privileged to receive immense care and attention under the guidance of a wise and visionary leadership that has provided unwavering support, believing that youth are the true wealth of the UAE and its bright future".
The session covered several key topics, including the promotion of national identity and social cohesion, the crucial role of the family as the "core" in instilling authentic values, and other Emirati traditions in future generations. Additionally, it highlighted the significance of the school education system in shaping students' personalities and expanding their knowledge, as it serves as the foundation for developing their skills and preparing them for university and the job market. The discussion also underscored the importance of fostering a culture of volunteerism among youth, raising awareness of its value, and recognizing it as a moral and social responsibility.
The session featured inspiring young role models, including Hamad Al Aidaros, Head of Scientific and Technical Skills at the Future Skills Directorate in the Ministry of Education and Chairman of the Ministry’s Youth Council, and Jumana Al Aidarous, a graduate of "The Knowledge Makers" Program – Emirates Schools Establishment and "The Content Knight" Program – New Media Academy. They shared their success stories, inspiring students and young attendees while introducing them to authentic Emirati values and traditions. Moreover, they provided insights into future skills and tools that will empower youth to shape a prosperous future 

The "Community Dialogue" initiative, launched by the Youth Council of the Ministry of Community Empowerment, serves as an interactive platform that brings together decision-makers, officials, and inspiring achievers in the UAE. Through meaningful discussions on various societal issues, the initiative aims to explore best practices, generate effective and practical solutions for empowering all segments of society while preserving the UAE's authentic values and customs and sustaining the legacy of the UAE’s founding leaders.
