A People of Determination Card is a personal card issued by the MOCE providing official recognition to individuals with determination. The card empowers people with determination to participate in education, employment, healthcare, and other social activities on equal terms, promoting their active participation in society and fostering a more inclusive and compassionate society.

Required documents

  • Emirates ID & DOB

    Emirates ID and the date of the applicant's birth.

  • Passport Photo

    A passport photo of the applicant with a white background to be uploaded.

  • Medical Report

    Submission of medical or psychological diagnosis report approved by the People of Determination Welfare & Rehabilitation Centre.
