Service Conditions and Requirements

all applicants must be UAE nationals.

The applicant must be in full capacity not less than 21 years old. Those under 21 years old with a minimum of 18 years old must obtain a document from the notary public to practice commercial activities.

The applicant should not have a commercial license issued by the economic departments (owner or partner) or a commercial activity at a fixed headquarters, with the exception of home licenses issued by the economic departments.

All services that are provided to productive families without any other intermediary or commercial entity.

The licensed project must be legitimate industries and services that do not conflict with public order.

The applicant for membership in the food production category is not allowed to practice the activity through events and activities in the Ministry except after fulfilling the conditions and reviewing the concerned authorities to issue a professional health card or the necessary permits.
